If you could create your ideal relaxation spot, away from all stress and troubles (with money as no object), where would it be?

I’m a total beach bum, and would love nothing more than to have a gorgeous home, or even a little shack with a screened in porch, right on the beach. My dream is to retire and rent paddleboards and kayaks at one of the local beaches, and just enjoy living that simple life. Working everyday to make that dream / retirement plan a reality.

I watched this TEDx talk today on my iPhone while walking on the beach. We seem to have forgotten that exercise can be an easy, daily activity. As a holistic health coach and fitness coach, I am a big proponent in Bio Individuality, which means finding the healthy eating plan and fitness plan that works for you and give you the results you want, while enjoying yourself!

What type of workouts do your prefer? By the way, after I finished my walk on the beach, I did a 30 minute Bollywood dancing workout that I found on You Tube. I do more intense workouts every week, but I also mix in some fun workouts that are just about movement, dancing, and fun! 🙂
